I work in the Architecture field as a designer and am currently studying to become a registered Architect in Ontario. I had not used a fountain pen during my early schooling but one thing was for certain; I was (and still am) very selective in what I chose to write / draw with.  A mentor of mine during a design studio exposed me to the fountain pen and for that I am thankful. I was drawn to the very idea of controlling the way a pen felt when it touched paper, the line it put down, and the ink it used. I started using a fountain pen for my daily writing/drawing and since then I have not once thought that there could be a better way to put ideas to paper.
